Feature:

How to Use:
The heated or frozen compress pad must not be in direct contact with the skin and must be placed in the provided special fabric cover when used.

[Cold Compress]:

• It can effectively relieve breast tenderness and mastitis, and can also help slightly suppress the secretion of breastmilk.  Please place it on the breast or put it in a bra when using it
• Can be used as a cooling water pillow when the baby has a fever
• Other uses: Can also relieve toothache inflammation, eye fatigue and headaches
• Freezing Method:
• Put it in freezer and freeze it
• If the content hardness is uneven, massage the pad gently before use
• Do not put in in a refrigerator at -30°C or below.  Too low a temperature may damage the dual-purposes massage pad

[Hot Compress]:

• Promote blood circulation and help increase breastmilk flow.  It is suitable for use when the amount of breastmilk is small but there is no pain in the breasts
• Other uses: Can relieve low back pain, joint pain, shoulder and neck pain
• Heating Method:
• Soak the massage pad in boiling water, turn off the heat and soak for about 5 minutes
• Please be careful when taking it out from hot water and wipe it dry before use
• Do not use microwave oven
