When to Use: Hot compress health care on shoulders, neck, and waist in the early postpartum period and in general
Suitable For: Lactating mothers during postpartum breastfeeding or those who need hot compresses when feeling unwell

How to Use:
[Step 1] Press the round iron piece back with your hand, and the moist heat pad will gradually turn into white crystals (do not break the iron piece)
[Step 2] During the heating process, gently rub the outer bag to soften the crystals evenly, then put on a soft terry cloth cover to perform hot compress on the breasts

[Electric Pot Reduction Method]
[1] Wrap the used moist heat pack in a towel (note: the moist heat pack should not come into contact with metal to avoid melting)
[2] Add water to the inner pot of the electric pot to cover the moist heat pack, add 50c.c. of water to the outer pot to heat it, after the auto-switch jumps up, continue to place it in the pot to simmer for about 10-15 minutes, take it out and let it cool down to restore to crystal-free and transparent state

[Boiling Reduction Method]
[1] Wrap the used moist heat pack in a towel (note: the moist heat pack should not come into contact with metal to avoid melting)
[2] Place in a pot with a lid and add water to cover it.  After the water boils, reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer for about 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and continue to simmer for about 10 minutes. Take it out and let it cool down to restore to crystal-free and transparent state

Precaution:

• After restoration, the moist heat pack needs to return to a completely transparent liquid state without crystals.  It can be reused after cooling down.  Do not press the pad at high temperature

• If you accidentally touch the gel in the product, it may cause allergies. You should rinse with plenty of water and seek medical treatment quickly
• When applying hot compress, it should be wrapped in a towel cover and the hot compress position should be changed frequently to avoid burns
• Please avoid sharp objects or fire sources.  If you find that the surface of this product has faded, cracked, or become thinner after use, or that the content is in a turbid liquid state, do not continue to use it
• When cleaning the cotton towel cover, please take out the moist heat pack first
• Please keep it out of reach of children and use it under adult supervision
