Dosage:

• Infants over 6 months old - 30 liters of water, add 2.5ml of bath essential oil (about 1/4 bottle cap)
• Children over 2 years old - 40 to 50 liters of water, add 5ml of bath essential oil (about 1/2 bottle cap)
• Children aged 6 to 12 years old – 50 to 60 liters of water, add 10ml of bath essential oil (about 1 bottle cap)
• Teenagers and adults above 12 years old - 100 liters of water, add 20 to 30ml of bath essential oil (about 2 to 3 bottle caps)

Precaution:

• The bath temperature should be 35-38°C.  A bath should last about 10-15 minutes and should not exceed 20 minutes
• Please bathe with shower gel first and then soak in bath oil.  It is recommended not to use it with other bath products at the same time to avoid weakening the effect
• Keep the bottle tightly closed and store in the outer carton to protect the contents from light
• Please keep out of reach of children

Warning:

• Not suitable for babies under 6 months old
• Do not use if you are allergic to thyme oil
• Do not use when you have a fever
