[Hot Compress]
Microwave heating time within 40 seconds
Do not heat in boiling water for more than 2 minutes
Do not heat the product again before it returns to normal temperature
Please confirm the temperature before applying hot compress to avoid burns
Wrap it with a towel before placing it on your chest to avoid direct contact with the skin

[Cold Compress]
Please put it in the refrigerator or freezer for about 20~30 minutes
If the product freezes, please do not use it immediately and wait until it becomes slightly soft before use
In case of breast soreness/pain/mastitis, cold compresses can relieve pain and swelling
Wrap it with a towel before placing it on your chest to avoid direct contact with the skin
 

Precaution:

• Small indentations on the product when it leaves the factory are normal and not a quality problem
• Use mild or neutral detergent, wipe clean gently, and air dry thoroughly
• Do not microwave for more than 40 seconds and do not reheat within 20 seconds after heating
• Do not use it continuously for too long
• If your skin is particularly sensitive to temperature, please cover it with gauze or handkerchief before use
• Avoid contact with fire or sharp objects
• Keep out of reach of children
