[Instructions]:
Open the breast pad from the top, tear off the isolation paper on the pad, put the sticker side facing the bra, adjust the breast pad so that the crease is in the horizontal direction (the sticker position is up and down), and stick it on the inside of the bra

Precaution:

• It is recommended to replace it every 2-3 hours
• Before each feeding, please wash your hands and clean your nipples and breast area.  It is recommended to replace breast pads after each feeding
